I saw your tweet about joe the plumber (i assumed that's the joe you meant) and liked it and now i'm reading what else you got -- that's why i've appeared out of nowhere.

Suggestion for resolution number two: www.sparkpeople.com. I found it by accident last week and am impressed. It's truly free -- not just a front for some product -- and helpful. Nutrition tracker is a bit tedious, but worthwhile and the online videos are great.

I don't make resolutions. I'm anti-resolution. But I will support your effort. If I see you stepping out of line, I'll make sure to notify the resolution authorities asap. I, on the hand, live at the moment for all situations. A resolution could possibly get in the way of whatever I stumble across. Not good news for me.

i feel as though reading a book about a 4 day work week will only leave people like us depressed and feeling trapped in a crappy business that we, for some reason, love and can't seem to leave no matter how hard we try.
